You may have heard before that PTCI is a cooperative. But what makes a cooperative different from other business models? Well, quite a lot actually.
Unlike a traditional company, a cooperative isn’t all about profit. A cooperative is owned by many members, like you and me. For example, to become a member owner of PTCI, all you have to do is subscribe to our internet service in the Oklahoma Panhandle and fill out a membership form. A cooperative’s goal is to serve the members, not an individual.
