PTCI’s Whole Home WiFi now includes incredible new features at no extra cost.

One of these features is called ExperienceIQ. ExperienceIQ gives you advanced parental controls, lets you manage screen time, restrict certain content on your network (such as violence or adult content), and control what devices are connected to your network all from the new PTCI WiFi App.

With ExperienceIQ, you have full control over your home network so you can set the boundaries and PTCI helps you keep them. Content filtering ensures online safety for your children and other family members by blocking harmful content categories. It also allows you to block access to certain websites and applications.

Time limits and restrictions allow you to schedule times during which children are prevented from accessing the internet at all or during which certain apps can’t be used. Like no TikTok during homework time.

Usage reporting gives you a view of the amount of time each user spends on different apps so you can determine if there is too much time being spent on a certain game, app, or website.

If you’re interested in parental controls beyond your home network, there are a couple cellular options available: Screen Time for iPhone and Family Link for Android.

With Screen Time, you can access real-time reports showing how much time you spend on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. You can also set limits for what you want to manage.

Turn on Screen Time

1. Go to Settings > Screen Time.
2. Tap Turn on Screen Time, then tap it again.
3. Select This is My [device] or This is My Child's [device].

After you turn on Screen Time, you'll see a report showing how you use your device, apps, and websites. If it's your child's device, you can set up Screen Time and create settings on their device or you can use Family Sharing to configure your child’s device from your device. After you set up your child’s device, you can also use Family Sharing to see reports and adjust settings from your device.
