1. 1. Promotion Description: The PTCI Christmas Giveaway (Contest) begins on November 1, 2024, at 8:00 am and ends on December 31 at 5:30 pm (the Promotion Period). The sponsor of this Contest is PTCI ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Contest, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Contest. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Contest. Sponsor may be reached by email at marketingpr@ptci.net during the Promotion Period.
   2. Eligibility: The “Christmas Giveaway” (Contest) is open to legal residents of Oklahoma and Texas located in the PTCI (Sponsor) service area who are 18 years of age at the time of entering the Contest (Participant). Employees of PTCI (Sponsor) and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean children or spouses—void where prohibited by law.
   3. Prizes: 7 separate winners each will win one of the following prizes
      1. PS5, 
      2. Nintendo Switch, 
      3. $500 cash, 
      4. $500 cash, 
      5. Gas and Go (Gas card - $200 value), 
      6. Shopping Spree (Grocery gift card  to local grocery store $100 + $50 local, small business shop gift card), 
      7. Shopping Spree (Grocery gift card  to local grocery store $100 + $50 local, small business shop gift card)

• How to enter: Enter the Contest during the Promotion Period online or at a PTCI retail location by activating or upgrading internet or Whole Home WiFi service or sending a self-addressed postcard to the following address: PTCI Christmas Giveaway, P.O. Box 1188, Guymon, OK 73942. It must be postmarked by December 31, 2024, and received by PTCI by January 14, 2025. 

• Winner notification: Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information approximately two days after the random drawing. Potential Winner must accept a prize by email as directed by Sponsor within three days of notification. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated in addition to that, or Winner’s failure to monitor any email account adequately. Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. 

Winner Selection: The Winner(s) of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted about one week after the Promotion Period by Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.
